About Me

Crazy cat person.

Just like Freddie Mercury

And Geezer Butler.

(my haiku for the Litmag last year)

Hi! My name is Mouse and I love cats (haha, pun intended). I also love other animals, art, poetry, photography, Korean martial arts, music, games and many other things. I thought it would be interesting to learn how to build a blog and keep you people posted about cats many of you have seen in the school yard. Yup, my family adopted 3 of 4: the sweet TNR boy Tiger (aka Ryzyk), his brother Shy, and Shy's little teen-girlfriend we named Masseeka.

Here you can find their stories, photos (some are from pre-adoption time) and videos, and also some of my creations about cats.

Oh, by the way, did you recognize the names I mentioned in the haiku?

Geezer Butler ("Black Sabbath" bassist and texts writer) described himself as a "crazy cat person". He is well-known as animal activist and is deeply involved with LA-based Kitten Rescue organization.

Freddie Mercury ("Queen") used to call home to talk to his cats from his international tours. Here is what he wrote on the liner notes of his 1985 solo album "Mr. Bad Guy":

"This album is dedicated to my cat Jerry - also Tom, Oscar and Tiffany, and all the cat lovers across the universe. Screw everybody else!"
